Cancellation Policy
We strive for flexibility at Green Screen Studios. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% penalty. If more than 24 hours, no fees apply. Please respect the schedule to help others.
Safety Measures
All renters must adhere to our safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and productive environment. Masks are encouraged if your feeling under the weather. Surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized after use. We prioritize the health of our community.
Rental Agreements
Each rental requires a signed agreement detailing the hours booked, and any additional requests must be agreed upon in writing. This ensures smooth operation and satisfaction for everyone using the spaces.
Max Guests
The Community Room fits 40 people, while the screening room is more cozy with seating up to 20.
Safety Capacity
The green screen studio is limited to 20 individuals
at any time for safety.
Room Limitations
Although there is space to bring in catering, there is no kitchen equipment on site besides a microwave and fridge.
