Cancellation Policy

STUDIO RULES & USAGE GUIDELINES -Renter agrees to use the Green Screen Studios for lawful purposes only. -No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use is permitted inside the premises. -Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other tenants. -Ensure Studios & Co-working spaces are cleaned after usage. -Renter is responsible for ensuring all guests and crew comply with studio rules. -No alterations to the green screen wall, floor, furniture or equipment without prior approval. -The green screen must not be stepped on with dirty shoes, and any damage will result in additional charges. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES -Treat all patrons, collaborators, and staff with kindness and professionalism. Hate speech, violence or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. -All projects must align with our values and exclude harmful, dangerous, explicit or plagiarized material.
