Cancellation Policy

STUDIO RULES & USAGE GUIDELINES -Renter agrees to use the Green Screen Studio for lawful purposes only. -No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use is permitted inside the premises. -Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other tenants. -Ensure Green Screen space are cleaned after usage. -Renter is responsible for ensuring all guests and crew comply with studio rules. -No alterations to the green screen wall, floor, furniture or equipment without prior approval. -The green screen must not be stepped on with dirty shoes, and any damage will result in additional charges. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES -Treat all patrons, collaborators, and staff with kindness and professionalism. Hate speech, violence or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. -All projects must align with our values and exclude harmful, dangerous, explicit or plagiarized material. Cancellation & Refund Policy -More than 48 Hours Before Booking: Full refund of the payment. Option to reschedule without penalty. -Less than 48 Hours Before Booking: If full payment was made, 50% of the total amount is refunded. Option to reschedule without penalty. -No-Show or Cancellation Within 24 Hours: No refund (full amount is kept) Are you bringing any controlled substances? (Alcohol OR THC) Please add these to your rental form. *Disclaimer* -We do not allow any smoking consumption of thc in our facilities.
